Here at Fitlife.tv we are passionate about juicing and love to try on a variety of ingredients.  For those who are new to juicing we recommend you start with some of the sweeter juices – the recipes that contain more apple, carrot or beets.

If you are an experienced juicer who is looking to hone in your results for the most optimal experience we recommend you try out the recipes that contain less sugar and more green veggies.

Juicing Recipes  – select 2-3 for your Alpha Reset


Lean, Mean, and Green
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Bunch of watercress
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Ginger root
Zip Zap Zing Juice
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Beet
  • 2 Stalks of celery
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Ginger knuckle
  • 1 Handful of cilantro
  • 1 Handful of chard
Drew’s Juice
  • 4 Apples
  • 1 Ginger piece
Nite Nite Sleep Tight
  • 2 Bok choy
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Handfuls of spinach
  • 2 Leafs of Kale
  • 1 Lemon
Passion Juice
  • 1 Pineapple round
  • 1 Bunch of grapes
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 1/2 of a Lemon
Beat the Street Juice

(Ease into this recipe at first if you’re not used to beets – they can make your pee red/purple)

  • 1 Beet
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Lemon
Vegetable Preparation:

Step 1: Wash veggies. You can use simply water, a veggie wash or DIY some at home !

Step 2: Cut and/or peel: We recommend peeling anything not organic.

Step 3: Store individual juice recipe ingredients in containers or bags for easy access as you juice or for the next day.
