• Use any/all of the juice recipes below.
  • If you’re unable to find one of the ingredients, swap it out for another vegetable so long as it’s classified as a green drink vegetable (is low in sugar; meaning no carrots, apples, beets, or other fruit).
  • There is no limit on the number of juices you drink each day, but assume you’ll be hungry for a juice ever 2 – 4 hours during your juice fast days.
  • Black coffee, green/herbal tea, and apple cider vinegar are all permitted
    during this 14-protocol *We always prefer and promote green tea over
    coffee whenever possible.
  • Branched Chained Amino Acids (BCAAs) are permitted as an energy source
    between meals *more information below.
  • Although we love apples, carrots, and beets, but they are intentionally
    excluded from this protocol to limit your sugar intake and accelerate your
    results. Remember, this is only a 14-day program; you can surely survive
    with the vegetables provided for that amount of time ;).
