What you need to know

Drink a juice every 3 hours. Each green drink should be between 12-24oz. (Drink green drinks whenever you’re hungry, but don’t force-feed yourself.)

Hydration is critical for fat burning. Drink as much water as possible all day long, preferably with some fresh lemon juice squeezed. Sprinkle in some Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to add much needed minerals.
